Born in Nigeria and raised in the United Kingdom between the Isle of Wight and Norwich, Zino was shaped early by an aviation background that set his trajectory. He became a licensed pilot at 18, and at 19 became Nigeria’s youngest commercial pilot, flying both airplanes and helicopters.
He later operated in demanding environments in Nigeria, including offshore helicopter missions on the Sikorsky S-92, where precision, discipline, and high-stakes decision-making under pressure were essential, shaping his approach to life and performance.
Beyond aviation, Zino’s mindset was forged through elite competition. He was England’s national high jump champion and gained first-hand experience of what it takes to perform at the very highest level, succeed and set the standard. He also represented his county in football, rugby, and athletics, reinforcing a competitive edge that now drives his approach to business and leadership. Zino also has a deep passion for music and is a multi-instrumentalist and music producer, with a longstanding love for creativity, composition, and musical expression.
